Note: this is not a normal walk - please read the description below from the leaders before deciding if you'd like to come along.-----We will do a circular walk starting from Guildford Station taking in the Hogsback views and parts of the Northdowns Way. It will be walked mostly in silence, applying mindfulness techniques such as focussing on particular senses, visualisation and breathing techniques.Neither of us are properly trained instructors for mindfulness, but we have read up on the subject and done courses and find this could be an enriching experience as an added ingredient to our walk.If you do come along, please respect that this is a walk with a difference, so if we ask you to walk in silence for most of the walk, please adhere to this to make this a special experience for everybody. We will have a coffee and talking stop at Watts Gallery as well as a pub stop at the end of the walk.We look forward to seeing you.5mile / 8.1km
